On Friday, March 4, 2016 Chaya Kundra spoke at the Federal Bar Association’s 40th Annual Tax Law Conference: Celebrating 40 years of CLE Focused on Tax Policy and Practice

  • At the seminar, Ms. Kundra’s presentation, along with members of Justice, IRS and the private bar focused on Criminal Enforcement Tools For Employment Tax Obligations.
  • What tools are at the IRS and DOJ’s disposal when it comes to enforcing the law on employment tax obligations? This was discussed at this panel.

This year’s Conference also featured such speakers as, the IRS Commissioner, the IRS Chief Counsel, the Assistant Attorney General of the Tax Division at the Department of Justice, and many more.
