Biography
Attorney Ballinger Mills works on international tax compliance and domestic IRS and State tax controversy issues. Prior to joining Kundra & Associates, Attorney Ballinger Mills worked with Grant Thornton as a tax associate for both international and M&A consulting work. His scope of experience there included drafting IRS private letter rulings (PLRs), tax planning and structuring, and analyses of Federal, State and Local, and International tax issues with regards to both domestic and cross border transactional work.
Mr. Mills is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Ballinger Mills graduated with his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in 2020 and his L.L.M. in taxation from Georgetown University in 2021.
